My professional identity is shaped by a unique personal history. Born in the former Yugoslavia, I came to the United States as a first-generation refugee. This background instilled a deep-seated resilience, adaptability, and cross-cultural communication capability that allows me to lead diverse, multi-disciplinary teams smoothly under pressure. I am natively fluent in four languages (English, Bosnian, Croatian, and Serbian) with a passive fluency in German.
